The Pigeon Island National Landmark will again be opened to the public from Wednesday, March 24.
“The Saint Lucia National Trust (SLNT) wishes to inform its members, the general public and stakeholders in the tourism sector that international visitors shall be able to visit the Pigeon Island National Landmark (PINL) from Wednesday, March 24, 2021,” SLNT said in a release.
PINL will be open weekly from Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 5:00pm.
The following schedule applies to local and international visitation.
Wednesdays and Thursdays, PINL will accept international visitors only.
Fridays to Sundays, locals and certified persons from the IGY Marina.
PINL will also be open to locals on holidays that fall on a Monday. Hotels, villas, guesthouses, Airbnbs, other COVID-certified accommodation facilities and tour operators are encouraged to book in advance to ensure their visitors can be accommodated.
“The opening hours and visitation schedule for PINL shall be revisited if necessary, based on Government requirements. In the event of any changes all relevant parties shall be informed,” the SLNT said.
